Samsung Electronics has continued its growth plans in the GCC region with the opening of a new brand shop at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai.
The opening of the latest Samsung brand brings to seven the total number of shops in the UAE. According to the company, the "one stop shop" offers the complete range of Samsung's products including tablets, TV's, mobile phones, printers, monitors and home appliances.

This premium retail outlet will showcase our full product portfolio and will offer a highly interactive experience to customers through multiple experience zones where they will have the chance to touch and feel the latest products from Samsung."

According to the vendor, a team of highly-trained sales consultants will be available at all times at the Samsung brand shop at to guide customers through the features of all models across the Samsung product category. Customers looking to learn more about the latest updates on mobile phones and tablet devices can attend scheduled workshops hosted by Samsung representatives at the "Samsung Smart Academy", said the company. In addition, a dedicated customer service counter will provide minor Samsung product repairs for customers on the spot.
